Soundproof

Soundproofing is a very important element, which is achieved by incorporating rockwool stone wool into the partition walls of the villas. The dividing wall between the 2 villas consists of two 10cm brick walls, between which is placed a 10cm stone wool. The rockwool product we use has excellent sound absorption properties and is a very durable, fireresistant material. Furthermore, it provides thermal insulation, which increases comfort and improves energy efficiency.
