Job profile: Full-time
Working week: Monday-Saturday at 7:30 - 16:00

Tasks:

1. Realizes the architecture project for development permit and construction permit.

2. Realizes the relation of the architecture project.

3. Realizes the architecture project for use permit.

4. Realizes local general plans PDV 1 and PDV 2.

5. Realizes relations, regulations and accompanying sheets for general plans, such as the existing situation, property analysis, road analysis.

6. Follows updates on international design standards.

7. Realizes implementation projects in the discipline of architecture.

8. Realizes details, quantities and technical specifications, in the discipline of architecture.

9. Creates for web publication, stair plans, floor plans, facades, sections, conceptual 3D.

10. Reports to the head of the group, the head of the department and the CEO.

Criteria:

Education:

1. Diploma in Architecture.

Experience:

1. With and without previous work experience.

Qualifications:

1. Good knowledge of MC Office programs, Autocad, Revit, 3Ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop.

2. Knowledge of legislation and design standards.

3. Certifications, familiarity with construction technologies, applications and materials.
