Message from the 2025 Annual Report

I am the Kontakt 2025 Annual Report — the story of a year that built more than buildings.

Within my pages lives a year filled with work, vision, and dedication to quality. A year where the present met the future, and every project became proof that construction is both art and responsibility.

Within me are the names AbA Vila and OxA Residence, now completed realities — alongside new projects shaping tomorrow's skyline: AbA 2, Ballada, Nokia, and The Forests of Drilon.

I speak on behalf of a company that grows, innovates, and collaborates with international studios such as OMA, FRPO, and Selgascano, bringing new architectural standards and a fresh way of urban living to Albania.

My pages echo the voices of those who work every day on-site — engineers, technicians, and managers who, with dedication, built 70,000 $m^2$ of new living space and completed the Kadiu complex with precision and passion.

I record every progress, every detail, every step that brings Kontakt closer to its vision of sustainable development. Within me also lives the artistic soul of ERINA, which brings light, color, and emotion into every space we create.

I am not just a report.

I am the reflection of a year of work, of a company that builds with soul and thinks for the future.
