The history of the company Kontakt started the journey of its construction and growth in the capital Tirana with a polycentric view, where until 1999 the panorama of a city prevailed with typical architecture of the buildings of the socialist block of the cities of the eastern European countries with complex development where traces of historical political changes have marked the urban, architectural texture of the capital that today houses more than 1/3 of the population of Albania. Urban planning and architecture was treated as a law and not as an art that beautifies the buildings in such a way that their sight can contribute to the residents' health, their vital force and intellectual satisfaction. Inside the Kontakt complexes is build a special green. The environment has won a green landscape that form the symbol "Roses of many colors" and "Land of Olives" giving a important contribution to the creation of a vital green ecosystem, urban but also aesthetic. The result of KontaKt was noticable, clearly visible. Since the beginning of the construction of the The first residential complex completed in the year 2000 on the Municipality of Paris area in Tirana, the style, quality and modern architecture unknown for that time stood out. In 2001 Kontakt completes the construction of Kashar industrial warehouses nearby Tirana - Durrës highway. As a result of the first success achieved, Kontakt begins to see and climb to the top of development of construction. In 2002, the construction of the Taiwan complex began in Rinia Park in Tirana, which serves as an attraction and entertainment center. In 2003, Kontakt completed the first multi-commercial building in Tirana (QTU). In the aspect of functionally, this center was an innovation in the commercial field for the whole of Albania. In 2004 Kontakt completes the construction of the Eurocol facility, a prominent building, modern and functional. Leaving Tirana, Kontakt builds the tourist village of Golem. A tourist complex near the Adriatic Sea and the city of Durrës from villas surrounded by greenery which are frequented in every season of the year. In year 2006 completes the Bogdani residence with residential apartments, located nearby the center of Tirana in the properties of one of the old families of Tirana. In 2008 completes the service unit complex near Myslym Shyri street in Tirana. In 2009, Konakt participated in the construction of the Tirana East Gate shopping center (TEG) which is the largest multifunctional centers in the country. In 2010 with the growing ambition of development, Kontakt together with the company Homeplan undertakes the most important and biggest initiative in their career so far. This project called Magnet was a residence with the surface of 150,000 m2. The Magnet project included several residential facilities and social centers. The Magnet Residence is designed as a project for all generations, an environment functional and recreational. Greenery and sports facilities offer many possibilities valid for residents. This residence was designed by the studio of the well-known architect Daniel Libeskind. Within this residence are included the buildings: Ara year 2010, architectural building of called Eagle in Flight year 2012 which constitutes a special work not only by from the architectural point of view but also from the artistic point of view, the Orion building which ended in 2013, Perseus building 2014, Dorado building 2015, Lyra building 2016, Phoenix building 2019, Other facilities to mention which are part of Magnets are: Auriga, Helix, Aries, Antlia, Cassiopeia, Eridanus, Volans. Ursa, Leo and Sirius year 2020 which are the latest objects to join in Magnet Residences and preserve the original concept of the morphology of the buildings inside residence, adapting and harmonizing with them. Names of buildings inside The Residence Magnet were placed on the basis of the Constellations that shows a magnetic attraction of the complex. The Magnet residence was developed on the properties of old families of Tirana where with the proposal of the Kontakt, in honor of these families, their ancestors names came to life in the names of the streets within the complex, as a sign of respect and gratitude. In 2011, the residential complex called AnA near Tirana Student City, which is built with high quality construction with the same architectural and structural standard construction. In 2016, work begins on the Mangalem 21 Complex. Dutch studio OMA me lead architect Rem Koolhaas and Reinier De Graaf, were invited by Kontakt for the construction of the project of this residential complex with a construction area of about 120,000 m2, located in the south-east of Tirana. With an extravagant architectural concept, this one was both contemporary and traditional, structured in the form of boxes chess with green courtyards.
