Walkable terrace

The terrace of each villa is usable and accessed via stairs. The terrace will be paved with concrete tiles with a 2% slope and is protected from ex-ternal atmospheric factors by thermal insulation with Rockwool stone wool and waterproofing with EVALON, simultaneously avoiding heat islands. The exit door to the terrace is a technical glass door with thermal insulation.
