In each apartment, installations for internet signal and television are implemented. The TV and internet signals are distributed to each TV in the living room and bedroom. For internet distribution, FTP Cat 5 cables and RJ45 sockets are used. For the television signal, RG6 cables are employed. To prevent interference between the different signal lines, the signal lines are installed in separate conduits away from the electrical lines. The television antennas are individual for each staircase and are mounted on the roof terrace without damaging the waterproofing. The antennas are of the Alfanet brand, and the distribution in the technical shaft is carried out using splitters and multiswitches from Fracarro. Each TV and internet socket is tested to ensure the signal meets the required parameters. The internet distribution in our residences is implemented via fiber optics. The fiber optic distribution is planned with an underground infrastructure from the connection point to the interior of the buildings. The distribution within the buildings is achieved using metallic cable tray installed on the -1 floor and in the technical shaft. For each apartment, a fiber optic line is installed from the distribution box of the apartment to the -1 floor in the technical room. All internet service providers can access the infrastructure for fiber optic installation, allowing customers to choose their preferred provider.
