Steel

The base material, which, together with concrete, creates the reinforced concrete structure to ensure a stable and functional building. The main role of steel in construction is to withstand tensile strains arising from self-weight and temporary forces on the structure, as well as from seismic and dynamic factors. The steel used is ribbed steel to increase cohesion between steel and concrete, with diameters from Φ8 to Φ22. The steel used is B500B class with tensile strength fyk ≥ 500MPa and a 5% elongation at maximum strength, meeting all ductility characteristics according to European design and development standards.
