Electric cabin

The electric cabin is equipped with transformers of the well-known company Andeli. These transformers with Dyn11 connection group have a voltage level of 20/0.4 Kv and supply the facility with electricity. The transformers used are dry type to avoid fire hazard. The electric cabin is equipped with a sound and visual warning system if there is overheating of the transformers. The transformers are closed with metal caps for protection from electromagnetic fields, imitating the Faraday Cage, which prevents the spread of electromagnetic waves in the surrounding environment. Electric meters are grouped for the entire stair in a technical room that is usually located on the -1st floor. The meters are grouped in a metal box with a capacity of 20 measurements and a balance meter. The front view of this box is glassed in for reading by the accountant. Meters for service rooms and common areas are 3-phase, while 1-phase meters are installed for apartments. Measurements are intelligence and in addition to consumption, they also measure voltage, current, frequency, date and time, etc. For each group of meters, a balance meter is installed, which measures the sum of all individual measurements. One is installed for each level.
