Masonry

Masonry is not a structural element, but an element that fills and separates surfaces. The dividing wall between apartments and common areas is 20 cm thick. Partition walls inside apartments are made with 10cm hollow bricks. Bricks and mortar are tested in each supply, guaranteeing that all characteristics are according to the Eurocode quality standards. According to technical conditions, the masonry is reinforced with an anti-seismic belt and small columns. Both of these secondary constructive elements are made of reinforced concrete.
